We will repair, free of charge, any spaced letter necklace that hasbeen damagedwithin 30daysof purchase due to defect. If the damage is due to customer negligence, the customer will be asked to cover the costs of repair.
After 30 days, all repairs will be $35. This includes labor and return shipping. Additional shipping will be added at check out.
